Rent is increasing at an alarming rate creating a revolving door to Low and moderate-income families, recent graduates, the Millennials and others as they are priced out of a home.  This program intends to provide an alternative to renting and cover all costs associated with buying home, thus making it easier to become homeowner.

 

  • Where can I buy a home? This grant money allows you to purchase a home anywhere in the state of Florida regardless of your income.

 

  • Do I have to pay an application fee to receive a GRANT or Loan Approval? There is no Loan Approval fee, however Fastrak Enterprise assesses a grant finder fee per grant application once the prospecting buyer is fully screened and vetted for the grant money program.

 

  • Is the grant money only for Renters and First Time Homebuyers? Grant Money provides GRANTS to 1st Time Buyers AND to all other mortgage qualified home buyers

  • Do I need to have a job to receive a GRANT and loan approval? Yes, you must have a job or working for yourself to receive a GRANT and Mortgage Loan

 

  • Will a foreclosure or bankruptcy disqualify me from getting the grant money? We can help you purchase a home even after a bankruptcy or foreclosure. Some restrictions apply.

  • I have less than 700 Credit Score, could I still qualify to receive a grant for a Conventional loan?

    Yes, you could still qualify to receive a grant for a Conventional Gov backed loan with a credit score as low as 580 (some restrictions apply)

 

  • I have less than 620 Credit Score, could I still qualify to receive a grant for a FHA loan? Yes, you could still qualify to receive a grant for a FHA loan with less than 620 credit score; With this grant money program. you can get a Loan and Grant with NO CREDIT SCORES (some restrictions apply)

  • How long is the process?

    The conditional approval of your GRANT and mortgage loan takes 3-4 days, and you can close within 30-45 days of your signed Purchase Agreement.

 

  • Do I have to repay the GRANT? The GRANT is awarded and received as Non-Repayable Gifts without liens or second mortgages or as Forgivable Zero Interest, Deferred Payment Second Mortgages evaluated based on each prospect situation.
